Diamond Dallas Page is one of the most successful and memorable performers in professional wrestling history. We were truly honored to have the three time World Heavyweight Champion visit our podcast.

As children of the 80s, we’ve all come to a point in our life where fitness means something a little different than it used to. As kids, and even into our twenties, many of us got our exercise without even realizing it, by playing sports or engaging in other competitive activities. For many of us, the spare time we used to have for sports and games has been replaced by work, family, or otherwise “grown up” obligations.

DDP has developed a way to stay fit and get the benefits of cardio training without having to organize a sporting event or spend a lot of time and money. We are excited to talk to him about it, and we spend some time talking about our own current situations and how trying to stay fit plays a part in our daily lives.

Amazing podcast. DDP was one of favs when I was in high school. The Diamond Cutter will always be better than the RKO. Sadly, I’m not into the yoga thing despite hearing about that 550 lb. guy DDP worked with.

Yeah it really worked wonders for him. DDP was one of my favorites too. Diamond Cutter made my list of best finishers of all time!
