Some quick math:
Joe + Tank + Googs + Howie + 30ish beers / 1 sober host trying to keep it all together = 25.
Episode 25, that is.
The UnderScoopFire Cocktail Party.
Not much can be said to try to summarize this one. Sit back and listen to Corey (Sober-One Kenobi) as he tries to wrangle 4 idiots into discussing actual topics with some sort of clarity.
Probably not our best idea.
Warning: As all of our podcasts are labeled EXPLICIT, this one comes out of the gates hot. Do NOT press play anywhere near impressionable ears. You’ve been warned.

Make sure to listen through ’til the very end (kinda like staying through the credits at the movies).

The podcasts keep getting better every single week. Wish I cold have been drunk with you guys, but I have that damn job in the morning.
Drat! Yes, we scheduled a rare Friday night recording to offset the hurt feeling in the morning. Didn’t matter much for me, though, as my 2 yr old was up at 7am despite me playing Tecmo Super Bowl with Tank & Googs until 4am. My wife was out of town for the week so I had quite the day Saturday. Good thing we only throw a cocktail party once every 25 eps! Thanks for listening.
This show I like
… but I like all of them
No Hard Liquor? For Shame
You’re going to have to work on the Bad Jokes, that one was too good! You’re a regular Bobcat Goldthwait
Good job on the Sitcom/Joe roster
Hilarious that you will plan segments or take a break and still have no answer
Almost cringe-worth segments on who would get cut first and takes the most shit
Eventually the whole crew will grasp the Scoopin segment lol
Howie is the funniest?
… Who’s the most funny looking?
Great Easter egg … I helped! #ShakeNBake
e.
Again, amazing comments. I look forward to your comment on each week’s show as it is the closest thing to a “write-up” or actual review our show will ever get. Love the bulleted points. Thanks again for listening and discussing here and on Twitter. #ShakeNBake
Great show, as always! With the Joe codenames, why couldn’t Sam Malone just be “Cheers”? I mean, we ARE talking about a team with guys named “Chuckles” and “Scoop”. And Mr. Belvedere’s Cobra name could be Mr. BelveDARE. Was there a “Tripper”? If not, there’s Jack Tripper. I could do this all day. But I shouldn’t. Anyway, great show!
BTW, I think the Joss Whedon/Spurlock trip to Syracuse was cancelled. A comic site reported that all of the tour stops for them had been canceled without much detail given.
Bummer about the Whedon/Spurlock thing. Love all those Sitcom Joes! We really could do a 50 item post about sitcom Joes.. hmm.
As always, thanks for listening and commenting!
Hilarious stuff guys! You brought back some good memories for me mixed in with your crude humor and I enjoy things like that! Keep it coming. I got a few comments…
-Ah good old Molson XXX. I remember messing with that when my friends and I discovered it’s existance and alcohol content. 🙂
-I’d have Balki from Perfect Strangers be a Dreadnok or some shit. lolz
-The reason I love He-Man MOTU/She-Ra POP so much is because it’s so tripped out. When I rediscovered it in my late teens (VHS’s from my closet), I watched it with all my friends while we were tripping and we figured the creators were tripping too when they made it….so good choice there! LOL
-Shadoe Stevens/John Davidson was the best era of Hollywood Squares. I watch those late 80s episodes on youtube once in a while. They had the best celebrities during that era! Especially ALF! I’m gonna have to find pics of his daughter now…thanks a lot!
-Howie is the funniest, I have to agree.
-The craziest drink I ever did was a “Chilly Willy” and I dont recommend it. It involves the bottom of an upside-down shotglass, blow, and vodka. I literally felt my brain freeze up. Those were my wild and crazy teen years. lol
-You guys have a strange taste in beers imo. I know you from the ROC, but Genesee is nasty! And I dont do fancy imports, or random blue moon surprise mystery boxes either. I’m a boring beer drinker. I go with the same few choices every single time. Give me some Molson Canadian, Budweiser, or Blue and I’m good. In that order is my preference.
Again, great stuff and highly entertaining. Your comedy trumps all the other podcasts I listen to, and I listen to quite a few. 😀
Marzo,
First off, thanks for listening and leaving thoughful comments. Let me first address the beer choice – while I agree that Genny is not the optimal selection, it was like $15 for a 30 rack, hard to pass up when the budget is tight! I am a simple guy as well, prefer Miller Lite or something basic – not like Googs with his fancy crafted IPAs and such.
The Chilly Willy sounds like it would land me in a hospital.
I’d love to see them try to reboot Hollywood Squares, even just for one special episode – BUT let’s cast it with our old favorite characters like ALF, Shadoe, JM J Bullock, and Joan…. well maybe let’s leave Joan Rivers at home.
Appreciate the kind words about our show. We really hit our stride at #EP18 when all five of us became regulars. It wouldn’t be anywhere near as funny or entertaining without the 20+ years of history and comfort level we all have. I’d never go out on a limb with something like Not Aaron Neville without the blind support of these guys. They let me act like a fool and I love em for it.
Until next week-
