Corey, I truly appreciate your being compelled to record this. You have done well to echo many of the feelings I have also had since first hearing this news. I, too would not consider myself one of Robin Williams’ biggest fans, but that did not stop me from having a profound sense of loss. Of the multitude of great performances spanning a wide array of media, the one that I most enjoy is that of Parry in The Fisher King. I think that role encapsulates, as much as any one role can, the range of talents that were in this man’s arsenal. “Oh Captain, my Captain” rest in peace, Robin Williams.
