Pete is a douche but he and Peggy seem to be the only ones working at SCDP.

As an employee of SCDP, he is great. Works hard and is focused. As a human being? Lets not forget, he took advantage of Peggy in the pilot, and forced himself on the nanny later in the series. Not the nicest dude!
