How have you been enjoying Breaking Bad’s victory lap? Like millions of Americans, I won’t be watching the finale live, but later.

My Netflix Fix

It’s great that AMC has set up a deal with Netflix to allow their dramas on the Instant Streaming service. While I’m late to the party, I plan on marathon-watching Breaking Bad later this week. What I don’t like about Netflix is that whole “My List” thing. Did Netflix had to dumb down from the word “Queue”?

Breaking Bad season 1 through the first half of season 5 are currently available on Netflix Instant Streaming.

Future of AMC

Breaking Bad. Mad Men. The Walking Dead. We’re in the golden age of AMC dramas. I watch all three dramas for different reasons. I’m a sucker for a decent zombie story so I watched Walking Dead from day one. Later, I came around to the greatness of Breaking Bad and Mad Men via Netflix then caught up via cable.

Can AMC make another hit? Low Winter Sun doesn’t look promising to me. Anyway, let’s bask in the awesomeness of tonight’s tremendous event. Maybe I won’t because…

Falcons Versus Patriots On Sunday Night

…there’s a football game tonight. Groan if you want to, but my favorite football team, the Atlanta Falcons, is playing. Any other Sunday Night Football wouldn’t be Must-See TV. It’ll be fun to look at the final ratings for both the game and the Breaking Bad finale.

I like the Falcons so much that I wrote an commentary piece over at Yahoo Sports. After witnessing the drama on the field, I will finish one of AMC’s best dramas during the upcoming week (I hope).
