It’s been a while (too long, frankly) since we’ve featured the pop culture-inspired art of Patrick Ballesteros. If you’re into any or all of the following: Doctor Who, Indiana Jones, Batman, 80s horror movies, Masters of the Universe, comic books and more, make sure to check out the full portfolio on his site.

His latest piece is inspired by the greatest television drama of all time, Breaking Bad. Check out “Breaking Lab” [click to enlarge]:

The amount of details subtly packed into this piece is staggering, from Marie’s backpack full of classroom supplies (and purple hoodie, nice touch) to lil’ Saul Goodman’s grade school comb-over. I see Lydia’s comically oversized sunglasses, and I can only assume her lab table drawer is full of Stevia packets.

Patrick hit another one out of the park with ‘Breaking Lab’, stay tuned for his next pop culture art offering and follow Patrick on Twitter @PatrickBallest!
