This Monkey Who Raised Two White Tigers is the Devastatingly Cutest Thing You’ll See Today

This is a relatively old story, but UberFacts (a fun Twitter and Facebook account to follow) brought it up this week and it was the first time I had seen it.

They tweet and post fascinating things like If ants were the size of humans, they would be able to run twice as fast as a Lamborghini.

Anyway, apparently there was a chimpanzee named Anjana who adopted and raised two white tiger cubs named Shiva & Mitra. This happened at The Institute of Greatly Endangered and Rare Species in South Carolina. I lived there at the time but somehow didn’t know about it, and I read every issue of Tiger Beat magazine cover to cover! WTH?
