The first ever UnderScoopFire Fantasy SNL League has come to a close!
This past Saturday’s Vince Vaughn-hosted episode marked the 2013 season’s championship match. If you’re a fan of the underdog, this league didn’t disappoint- there were 12 teams in all, and the top 6 made the playoffs. Of those 6, the #5 and #6 seeds made the championship!
On Saturday, Ryan Tomko battled eclectik for the first ever Fantasy SNL Championship. We live tweeted the scoring during the show, and it became clear early on which SNL cast member would be the X-factor.
Appearing in every one of the first 6 skits, Bill Hader carried Tomko to the championship, besting eclectik 11-8 overall. We have it on good authority that Tomko will be producing #TeamHader Championship t-shirts soon.
Here’s to the 2013 League Champion, Ryan Tomko, and the Fantasy SNL Championship MVP Bill Hader!
oh, and this one last time. For good measure.
Congrats, Ryan!! Same to you E!
Damnit that Hader … There’s collusion somewhere in there … no way he makes that many sketches in a show let alone in a row! They don’t even use the same cameramen that many sketches in a row
I want a rerun sudden death! lol
Twas fun, and I cannot WAIT for Fantasy Mama’s Family season to start
Fantasy Mama’s Family!! Iola FTW
